Led a strategic planning team of the settlement risk management unit which oversees the default risk of airlines, travel agents and financial security providers. Responsible for building and execution of a global strategy, process standardization, platform enhancements, and team leadership. Key development projects included the introduction of machine learning and advanced data analytics to operational risk monitoring, and reforming a global risk assessment platform to improve productivity, reduce cost, and enhance business intelligence and customer experience.

Responsible for facilitating the global standard setting agenda and providing secretary support to the Passenger Agency Program Conference - governing the an airline sales distribution accreditation program with over 50 thousand sales locations representing more than 300 airlines across 180+ jurisdictions.
