In my current role as a Technical Account Manager, I focus on the resourcing aspect of the recruitment lifecycle and nurturing relationships, specialising in IT and Sales roles. I cater to a diverse range of clients, delivering tailored recruitment solutions that address their unique needs and challenges. My expertise spans a variety of key skills, including Software Developers, Java developers, QA Engineers, Business Development Managers, Account Executives, SDRs/BDRs, Sales Leaders, Sales VPs and Technical Leads spanning across EMEA and Japan.

In my previous role, I oversaw the resourcing aspect of the recruitment lifecycle, covering a range of opportunities for Consultancy customers (such as IBM/RedHat), and delivering to sensitive Government Programmes and Projects. My focus extended through a wide variety of key skills such as Business Change Consultants, IT Service Delivery Managers, Bid & Tender managers, Software Developers, Infrastructure Specialists, and DevOps Engineers. Proficient in recruiting for key technologies such as OpenShift, RHEL, Ansible, DevOps, JBoss Fuse, and AWS, I played a pivotal role in securing two of the organisation's largest prospective consulting clients. My responsibilities also involved networking within the Defence sector through active engagement on LinkedIn groups. Marking the beginning of my recruitment career, I transitioned from the education sector to IT. During this period, I honed my communication and interpersonal skills, gaining a deeper understanding of the recruitment industry and the security-cleared market within the IT sector.

During this time, I worked predominantly in the baby room across multiple nurseries. My role involved nurturing and caring for infants and creating a safe and stimulating environment to foster their early development.

In a rewarding position supporting children in reception, I assisted with their learning and development, navigating the challenges of the pandemic, and supporting the teacher with administrative tasks.

In this role, I provided childcare during school holidays through the medium of Welsh and managed a team of 5. My main responsibilities were, facilitating play, creating suitable play spaces, preparing food, liaising with parents, delegating tasks, and ensuring child safety.

During the Summer of 2020, I was tasked with leading and running a summer school play provision for vulnerable children through the medium of Welsh orchestrated by Cardiff Council. The programme was STEM-based and I thoroughly enjoyed helping the children further their learning through these activities. My main duties involved coordinating the day plan, liaising with the council daily, ensuring the children's safety and well-being under my care and the staff, and carrying out daily risk assessments. As a team leader, part of my role was to carry out organisational duties such as Safeguarding, Health and Safety procedures, temperature checks, admin work, and ensuring that the children came in and out of the building in a coordinated one-way route. During this time, it was imperative that all members of staff and children followed the correct safety procedures to reduce the risk of the Corona Virus.

Supporting a child with ADHD, my role involved assisting with daily tasks, escorting the child to classes, and offering support to the whole class when needed.

Serving high-quality food and drinks with a friendly demeanor, my role included various tasks such as manning the coffee station and helping in the kitchen, fostering customer confidence.

For three and a half years whilst in school, I volunteered at the local Cancer Research charity shop in Cardiff. During this time, I gained many skills. These include carrying out stock control, dealing with customer enquiries, identifying stock and pricing accordingly, operating the till, cash handling, people skills and sales techniques.
