PRN; Billing specialist, PBX operator, ER clerk. Duties range from patient admission/discharges, patient advocacy, billing information validation, insurance billing and pre authorization, community out sourcing per individual patient/client needs. Cash/credit handling. Corresponding with on-call physicians per ER Doctor request, patient facility transfers, flight/ambulance arrangements, announcing all codes throughout facility.

Active KY CNA. Duties include; Working as part of a team for individual patient health status evaluation, constant physical/mental assessment, measure Input/output, assist each patient with ADLs, vital sign per individual order, Assist with wound care RN, correspond with LPN regarding medication interaction with patients, log all activities daily regarding each and every patient. Refer patients if health status regression was detected to appropriate personnel such as; OCT, PT, nutrition and speech pathologist. Assisted with and volunteered personal time for resident activites such as group therapy, games, arts/crafts.

At Vincenzo's I was a part of a family where, I served customers directly and indirectly, either by dine-in or dine-out experience. I took phone orders, table orders, and even delivered food to known customers that were disabled or elderly on my own time. My duties also include food preparation; salads, deserts, wine and beer distribution. Clean, stock and maintain front of the house.

As a PCA, I had a work load that changed weekly, if not daily at time. I did a variety of care for individuals ranging from; assisting with ADL's, constant mental/physical assessments, correspond with agency and family to determine any special needs, medication reminders, light house keeping, scheduling doctors appointments, exscorting to organization activies, and even cooking meals.
