I am currently working for Walker Singleton as a Lettings Administrator where I deal with the day to day Maintenance side of the Estate Agency. This includes taking rent payments from tenants, both cash and card, dealing with repairs/requests as well as communicating with Landlords and Contractors on a day to day basis. On a weekly basis I have tasks that I carry out which include ensuring all Gas Safety Checks for all our properties are up to date and scheduled along with EPC's and EICR's, renewing Tenancy Agreements and chasing up the return of these Agreements along with the payment. I also approve all Invoices from Contractors as well as deal with incoming applications, booking viewings and dealing with any Utility Bills for previous tenants.

I worked for both companies on a casual basis, doing administration. This included collating data and personal information and inputting it into spreadsheets, creating documents such as Time Sheets, Mileage Claim Forms, Sign In Sheets and Holiday Booking Forms. Whilst at Compass Bridge I dealt with all the Social Media, it was my responsibility to keep the Twitter and Facebook pages up to date with information and events which were up and coming. Other tasks that I carried out were contacting local businesses and school for potential partnership opportunities as well as local volunteer agencies to advertise for volunteers. I also helped organise events such as Fans For Diversity event with Bradford Park Avenue Football Club where I contacted local Partners such as Police/MP’s/Local Businesses etc, I created Name Badges and Programmes for the day and the overall running of the day.
