Lead end-to-end IoT device operations from integration and testing to deployment and field performance. Led large-scale protocol migrations, strengthening security and connectivity reliability. Drove UAT, RCA, and performance optimization to ensure maximum uptime. Collaborated with vendors and internal teams to enhance platform stability, streamline processes, and deliver high-quality IoT solutions across multiple verticals.

Developed a real-time Food App using React Native and JavaScript, integrating live updates and secure authentication modules. Strengthened understanding of front-end APIs, and cloud-hosted environments relevant to IoT dashboards.
