* Greet guests at the door * Seat guests based on server rotation * Ensure guests have a pleasant experience from the time they walk in to when they leave * Complete all assigned side work before shift end * Enter orders into POS system

As a lifeguard I surveyed the pool deck to keep patrons safe, guarded the pool, walked the deck and locker rooms to watch for threats, and performed and life saving tasks as needed.

* Build and maintain relationships with team members on the floor and work alongside them to continually improve the manufacturing process. * Travel to tool shops to review all secondary equipment before they hit the floor to ensure they meet all assembly needs and are operator friendly. * Work in stature to update and create a PFMEA for all processes of each program. * Create new layouts and update them as new programs come in and to develop a more lean flow. * Continually work to improve and implement lean manufacturing. * Work with all members of the team to build pre-sale fascias and follow all new programs from cradle to grave. * Generate new process flows for incoming programs and edit them to be more efficient as the program matures. * Participate and lead kaizen events and participate in continuing education trainings. * Active member on the Ergonomics Committee, Safety Committee, and Head of the MOC/Risk Assessment SubCommittee * Keep all records and documents organized and up to date for each program.

While working at JCP I work the cash register, assist customers on the floor, clear the fitting rooms, straighten the floor sets, also any other tasks I am asked to do.
