To build business through development of new & existing client relationships, delivered from the branch network & Tate service delivery centre. On acquisition of a new account, it was my job to embed that account into the business and offer bespoke recruitment solutions when necessary.

Starblu captures the essence of understated casual island living with originality and glamour. We offer a contemporary collection of swimwear, kaftans, beach dresses, an exclusive line of men's swimshorts and a small childrens range that changes twice a year. I sell independently and to retail businesses.

I managed various Branch Managers including Hemel Hempstead, Richmond and Slough. In addition, I managed the Milton Keynes office, which was a top 3 branch in the company with an annual turnover of up to 1.3 million pounds. I trained, mentored and incentivised my team to exceed "all" targets and to understand on a commercial basis, what was good and bad business. This played a huge part in the success of my team. My strategy was to always foster a positive and winning environment for my award winning recruiters to flourish and earn maximum bonus every month.
