Led a team comprised of seven HR Generalists, four HR Coordinators, and one HR Specialist with human resources responsibilities for four service lines across five states. Investigated issues and concerns related to employee relations and payroll, and provided management support for employee communications and disciplinary processes.  Ensured smooth transitions during five acquisitions over a two-year period by standardizing and streamlining HR processes, migrating personnel files into an electronic system, implementing new software, and rolling out rebranding communications.  Improved productivity through the implementation of Workday, collaborating with leadership across 100 locations, and assisting with roll-out of the platform to 20,000 employees.  Reduced the company’s footprint by migrating 10,000 employee personnel files from paper to an electronic system within 12 months.

Led a team comprised of three HR Generalists, and one HR Coordiantor. Oversaw HR functions for 8,000 employees across three service lines in two states. Created relationships with recruiting firms to consistently ensure appropriate staffing levels. Managed onboarding processes, workers’ compensation claims and benefits administration, and coordinated annual flu shot distribution for employees in line with state regulations. Ensured compliance with credentialing and employee personnel file standards to eliminate the risk of losing licensure.  Reduced workers’ compensation claims by 25% by analyzing trends and implementing training strategies to reduce injuries.

Provided HR oversight for eight locations across Texas with 400 employees. Managed recruiting, onboarding, record keeping, documentation of OSHA documents, and audit responses. Maintained the training platform, eSource, and Relias. Worked closely with the payroll team to review and submit timesheets, and investigate payroll issues brought forward by employees.  Drove hiring within the territory by implementing new recruiting strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates.
