Aerospace Procurement Manager (Commercial, Defense, Space) - Manage and develop the supply team (10+ people). - Management of the supply of 140,000 references and its master data. - Commodities: Raw materials, sheet metal, machining, screws, chemicals, electronic components, subcontracting, mechanical parts, batteries, motors, seals, tools. - Annual expenses of the portfolios around 90,000,000.00 EUR. - Organize the right level of inventory for all purchased material to ensure the targeted level of service to factories and/or customers and to minimize stock-outs, obsolescence and stock levels. - Propose and execute the best strategies to achieve these objectives (negotiate parameters with suppliers and SABCA purchasing organization, supply chain integration (VMI, JIT, Kanban,…), adjust procedures and use of the ERP system). - Monitor and control purchase order parameters and challenge suppliers/sourcing if not aligned with supply chain strategy. - Identify supply risks related to supplier performance and escalate them if necessary. - Strengthen collaboration with suppliers by intensifying direct communications and formal performance review meetings. - Report performance internally and, where appropriate, externally

Within the "Customer Service" of Chanel's Fragrance & Beauty entity, I was assigned to carry out two assignments over a period of 15 months. That of "Supply Chain Project Manager" with the following missions: - Projects to analyse and optimise various transversal logistics processes. - Analysis of sales, data creation through KPI for the supply chain director. - Monitoring of logistics dashboards (service level, OTIF, stock rotation) to support commercial activities.
