-Oversees the annual budget process. Establishes and communicates budget timeline and financial guidelines to managers and BU/directors; reviews expenses and budget requirements; oversees the preparation and administration of the budget book; and, presents budget plan to upper levels -Develop forecasted Financial Statements by Total Company and product. Perform profitability analysis and simulations by Total company and product -Development and Control of Labor cost forecasting models. Supervision and Control of Standard Costing and expenses management by product and departmental.

-Support the management in all matters relating to the company's financial planning -Preparation of projected financial statements and expenses management control developing easy-to-use tools -Review and analyze standard costs and gross margins as well as sales achievement real vs forecast.

-General Accounting (International shipping company) -Issuing Reports and Financial Statements and Statistics to Headquarters (Reporting Package) -Training of personnel in enterprise resource planning ERP-systems -Finance liaison between Venezuelan operations and the North-American and Hong Kong based partners -Establish standard procedures and internal control policies in the Invoicing, Credit and Collection dept.
