This fully automatic line brings VPT at par with its competitor to win largest mobile phone manufacturer as a new customer. - COB Equipment automation: Lead COB lines conversion to fully automated inline to provide better clean room environment for camera module manufacturing at VPT Zhuhai. - Productivity improved by 31% with conversion to inline and process improvement. - Equipment automation played a pivotal role in winning business for mobile phone camera module manufacturing for world’s largest mobile phone manufacturer. - Key member of Agilent business acquisition team. - Lead capacity and knowledge transfer for camera module manufacturing from Agilent.

• Line setup at new plant: Setup PCB assembly line for automotive assemblies at new manufacturing facility in SAS Nagar, Mohali using flow technology. This includes facility readiness; process equipment set up, Internal & customer buy off . Hired 120 direct and 30 indirect staff to support operations at new facility. Delivered 3 Crore revenue from this plant during first year. • Product costing: Costing for new products covering direct material, indirect material, and manufacturing & development costs. Developed actual costing module for Deltron limited considering Indian localized customs and taxation guidelines. • ERP Implementation: Key user for Inventory module during Baan (B4c4, IN4) implementation in Deltron limited. Go live within 6 months with minor customization on the standard package. Lead post implementation functional support for whole plant for Inventory, manufacturing, QMS, sales, purchase and India localization. Designed immediate work around for VAT, Developed custom reports for operations support, implemented user control (Auto cut off) to optimize users license. Reported 33 software bugs to Baan and got resolutions accordingly. As on today, senior member of www.baanboard.com.

• Production Lead : Running production for CDOT assemblies, leading team of 50+ production associates on the shop floor. Achieved 100% weekly delivery linearity, simplified stores to line transations through ERP. Achieved product defect rate <2%. No major NC reported during internal & external audits. • Product Engineering: Designed assembly and testing line layout for CDOT based power supply (PSU-6 and PSU-9), Reduced Testing cycle time by 30% though automated test station for loop current measurements; Successfully implemented Fox-pro based Inventory & WIP Module in modality; Streamlined ECR process to improve change process. • New Products & Transfers: Successfully launched 3 new products (PSU9, TIC10 and CCM9). Completed all milestones on time with 100% part, process & performance qualification; Trained all production associates on new process; Set up U cell lines to optimize productivity. Products ramp up within 6 weeks of qualification.
