Management of operations at provincial level; • Manage and monitor schedules according to the mapping of the transport system for sample collection; • Plan routes with carriers for every three months and evaluate; • Create conditions for routine training for the “3PL” transporters linked to the Sample project and management of Kits/samples. • Management of day-to-day activities and keeping records of the distribution of tasks to staff, documentation of Bolloré's internal procedures, internal guidelines for operations and partners, changes in procedures for referencing purposes; • Maintain constant communication with Partners and other stakeholders at Provincial level; • Weekly report the “outputs” and anomalies to the Logistics and Transport Manager for the Sample project. • Provide training on the use of M-Link tools; • Supervise the M-LINK system and ensure the quality of records in collection, transport and delivery at the final destination; • Ensure training of transporters with Partners on Biosafety and Good Practices of Bolloré Transport & Logistics; • Ensure that random inspections take place for the means of transport available to the Sample project to ensure quality and continuity in the process; • Ensuring that Bolloré's good practices are being implemented by carriers at all levels: Safety first, code of conduct, anti-corruption practices and professional ethics and deotology; • Evaluate the implementation process of the Amostra project in your Province and the relationship with partners;• Manage Logistics/Transporters operators; • Monitor schedules according to the mapping of existing transport for sample collection; P • Ensuring the implementation and monitoring of routes with carriers and mapping; • Implement and monitor the assessment of suppliers in relation to the M-LINK System.
