Amardeep Minz

I am passionate about people and organizational development. I have completed two HR internships—at ARTEEZ HR in Delhi and Brihaspati Technology Private Limited in Hyderabad. Both roles were office-based allowing me to gain practical insights into the day-to-day responsibilities of HR professionals. In addition to my internships, I have pursued several certifications in Human Resource Management, which have strengthened my theoretical foundation and enhanced my industry knowledge. As part of my graduation from IHM Bengaluru, I also completed a hotel management internship at ITC Sonar and ITC Royal Bengal in Kolkata. These experiences provided me with a broader understanding of HR functions and hospitality industry and enriched my overall grasp of management operations.
