Also worked with Hero Motocorp Gurgaon (7.5 years) and handled various roles: a) Inbound Logistics Manager: Procurement of incoming parts from various suppliers as per production plan in right quantity and quality. b) Material Project Leader for New Model Development c) Business lead for design and implementation of e-material flow (e-Kanban system). Implemented Lean concepts in Supply chain, Stores, PPC & diverse vendor base 6. Before MBA worked for Nerolac Paints (2 years) and BASF Chemicals (1 Year) in Technology function. 7. Key Highlights of my professional carrier: At CEAT Tyres Nagpur: a) Done vertical capacity ramp-up from 36K/day tyres (90 TPD) to 65K/day tyres (205 TPD) in span of 2 years. b) Reduced lead time from 4.1 days to 1.6 days for production. c) Straightened the MRP accuracy from 81% to 94%. d) Increased Storage space utilization in FG Stores from 1.4Lac tyres to 3.8Lac tyres. e) Saved logistics cost of 2.1Cr annually by Direct dispatches from plant and Network optimization At Hero Motocorp Gurgaon: a) Reduced inventory norms 15% value at Haridwar plant. b) Saved ₹4.7 Crore annually through 73 stores manpower reduction, TAT reduction by 20% & packaging improvement. c) Implemented e-material flow (JIT) system (For 10,000 bikes/day production, 150 vendors, 1600 vendor components, 500 truck loads/day)
