In my current role as a CADD scientist, I focus on small compound drug design. Responsibilities: - Data Utilization: I utilize common biological and chemical screening databases to identify potential compounds. - CADD/AIDD Technologies: I employ various computational methods, including: Protein Structure Prediction Molecular Docking Optimization Tools Molecular Dynamics Simulations (all-atom (AA) and coarse-grained (CG), D-NEMD, τRAMD) Free Energy Calculations (MMPBSA/FEP) - Cheminformatics and Quantum Mechanics: I leverage cheminformatics tools and quantum mechanical methods like ONIOM and MFCC for deeper insights. - Data Analysis and Reporting: I analyze and interpret data from diverse sources and compile comprehensive reports. - Technical Proficiencies: I have a strong familiarity with Linux systems, Bash scripting, Python programming, and parallel computing. Additionally, I maintain computing clusters to ensure optimal performance.
