* Testing and validating solutions to ensure suitability for specific customer applications. * Functional system level testing of firmware/software for releasing latest versions to production * Providing technical customer support including problem replication/resolution and on-site support as needed. * Verification test, Trouble-shooting, system characterization and production test on new products and enhancements additions on existing products * Generate and follow-up with bugs, feature addition, product enhancements tickets. * Collaborate with development team to plan tests through product design cycle * Develop test cases scripts and reports
