I oversaw brand strategy and all creative work across social media, paid ads, email marketing, and sales channels, while managing a team of in-house and contract designers. I created and maintained brand guidelines to keep campaigns consistent and worked with the Product team to design brand-forward UX/UI assets for the site. Whether I was art-directing photoshoots, designing convention booths, or writing copy, I focused on delivering creative experiences that resonated with our audiences and successfully met company objectives.

I directed creative strategies for high-end client-facing collateral targeting audiences with a $1.5M+ spend. I managed a team of designers, mentoring them in brand development and creative concepting to deliver exceptional results. By refining the brand vision with a sophisticated and authentic approach, I helped create a visual identity that resonated with audiences and elevated the company’s impact within the local community.

I designed impactful brand identities for clients across a variety of industries, creating cohesive and memorable visual systems that resonated with their audiences. I brought these brands to life through premium print materials and engaging digital campaigns, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels. Collaborating closely with Creative Directors, I played a key role in developing and presenting winning pitches, contributing to the agency’s growth and success.
