Focusing on customer care solutions, including RAG, Text-to-speech, Speech-to-text, plus summarization, and analysis. Implementing all stages of software applications, from ideation to deployment. Solutions include developing, containerizing, and scaling applications, setting up and managing hybrid cloud environments, building custom virtual assistants, running diagnostic assessments on backend systems, and extending the capabilities of IBM Watson Assistant.

Lifestyle Newborn, Family, and Wedding Photographer working with clients, organizations, and venues to create fine art photography experiences. Documenting each moment, retelling each story. Creating a space for experimental artists to demonstrate their concepts without the restrictions of a commercial gallery model. Curating, event planning, and gallery preparation and maintenance. Working with artists, patrons, and galleries to ship and install artwork. Outreach to the East Austin community to achieve a balance of creative vision and thoughtful community impact. Designing promotional materials and writing grants. Creating a community garden as part of a broader plan to be a place that brings artists and community together.
