About
Amanda joined Immunitas when it was founded in 2019 and became CEO shortly after the Series B in 2021. Immunitas is the 4th med/biotech startup that she has been a part of. Amanda started her career in sales and marketing, launching UpToDate into hospital networks. She transitioned to biotech R&D program management, managing teams that were pushing new therapies through preclinical testing and into clinical trials, eventually becoming the program executive for a JAK inhibitor for autoimmune disease. Amanda has also spent a significant portion of her career in Business and Corporate Development, and has worked on public and private financings as well as pharma partnering transactions.
