Responsible for the evaluation and development of new cultivars through research and genetic improvement. I lead the planning and execution of field trials, phenotypic and genetic data analysis, and the implementation of innovative strategies to optimize the selection pipeline. Additionally, I provide technical support to growers in commercial production areas, assisting in the adoption of new cultivars and management protocols. My work extends globally, collaborating with different countries in the validation of hybrids under diverse climatic conditions, offering technical consultancy, and providing strategic support to R&D operations to drive innovation in viticulture.

Responsável pelo acompanhamento técnico das áreas comerciais plantadas com as variedades ARRA™, fornecendo todo suporte ao produtor rural durante o ciclo da cultura, com ênfase em manejo cultural, nutricional e hormonal. Atuando ainda como a responsável técnica pela área de pesquisa e seleção dos novos híbridos, conduzindo experimentos de adaptação e construção do guia de cultivo de acordo com as necessidades de cada material. Em paralelo, suporte ao time global com atuação no exterior focada na base de melhoramento genético na Califórnia, desenvolvendo todas as etapas iniciais da seleção de novas cultivares.

Responsible for monitoring commercial areas in production in the São Francisco Valley, with assignments ranging from supervision of the development of plantations to the management of test areas for adaptation of new hybrids in tropical climate. Lead the construction and implementation of management and production protocols, development and research of tools applied to viticulture, in addition to acting annually in the selection of new hybrids at the base in Bakersfield, CA.

- Technical responsible for the grape cultivation areas, evaluating the results of each variety before guaranteeing the execution of cultural treatments. - Performance in operational results of labor and production costs. - Experience in the plant health sector, with skills in managing the spray program, monitoring pests and diseases and meeting the requirements of the main markets regarding the maximum residue limits (MRLs) of integrated production. - Experience in logistics processes in packing-house with emphasis on quality control of grapes for domestic and export markets.

Responsible for evaluating the efficiency of the farm's production process, monitoring the field's execution of the main cultural activities of the vine, as well as preparing reports with operational demonstrations of the harvests.
