Vice President, Product Quality & Responsible Sourcing
Greater Minneapolis-St. Paul Area
Vice President in Target Corporation’s global sourcing organization. My team’s purpose is to ensure that Target’s vendors and suppliers operate efficient, safe and ethical factory environments where they can produce reliable, high-quality, consumer-safe products. I lead the responsible sourcing strategy which is grounded in Target’s commitment to be transparent about supply chain with an emphasis on embracing opportunities for improvement. Transparency is incredibly important to Target; we were the first major retailer to go public with a list of Tier 1 factories in 2014 and the first U.S. retailer to publish our apparel Tier 2 wet processing facilities in 2016. The increased transparency creates meaningful opportunities to enhance responsible and sustainable production practices. I believe our efforts should not only have a positive impact on the world, but they should also inspire our guests to make more sustainable choices. In addition to my work at Target, I serve on the board of the Alliance for Bangladesh Worker Safety and also represents Target as a founding member of the Global Fashion Agenda.
