During my time at Facebook, I recruited and connected software engineers with opportunities to thrive at the intersection of technology and innovation for the Menlo Park HQ team. I integrated DEI initiatives into my sourcing process that was instrumental in building a culturally rich and diverse engineering team, aligning with Facebook's values of fostering innovation through diverse perspectives.

Trustwave helps businesses fight cybercrime, protect data and reduce security risk. I recruited globally (AMER, EMEA, APAC) for multiple roles spanning across software engineering, managed security services, spiderlabs, product, and sales. My team and I partnered with top engineering campus programs, hosted City of Chicago Colleges cyber bootcamp interns, and proactively networked with top cyber security talent.

In this role, I was responsible for R4R for all Illinois and Wisconsin based offices, parting with Universities and campus based programs around the Midwest.
