• Project management: Coordinated the localization of web, video, music, and print content in 120+ languages published in 51 countries. Managed project schedules, logistics, quality control, and resources. Worked with engineers, linguists, and product managers to produce on-time deliverables.

Managed all team documentation. • Translation administration: Managed translation projects and workflows in Plunet (TMS), monitored and renewed translator contracts, recruited new translators, and coordinated volunteer review.

• Technical support: Managed upgrades, enhancements, issue fixes, and compliance with regulatory changes for two major healthcare providers’ software systems. Led onsite visits with hospital operational and IT teams. • Data analysis: Key member of a team that measured and promoted adoption of new features for 160+ major hospitals. Collaborated with developers, QA, and implementation teams to develop and improve features to meet client needs.

• Instructed students on communication strategies in a business setting, including grammar, presentation skills, social media marketing, and design.

• Led a project to develop a new feature to improve phone and chat transcript quality for inContact's analytics application. Utilized corpus linguistics, project management tools, statistical analysis, and technical documentation. • Improved the accuracy of tools that aggregate business insights using text analysis over transcripts.

• Tagged words and compiled lists of linguistic elements. • Designed intuitive system for end-users to generate phonological data for company names, increasing the software's capabilities.

• Compared patent PDFs with OCR-generated Word documents to ensure text accuracy and consistency. • Labeled images and extracted translatable text to support efficient translation and documentation workflows.
