Lead a portfolio of donor countries in Europe, North America, and Asia Pacific, including: creating strategies for engagement; tracking updates that may impact pledging; drafting official correspondence; designing communications and knowledge products; and maintaining a database of key information for GCF’s current replenishment and continued knowledge management. Support senior management in missions to international events and contributor countries, including creation of mission briefs, background research into topics of interest, and logistics management.

Responsible for IRM outreach, successfully designing and organizing two events with civil society in West Africa, including all correspondence, coordination, logistics, and presentation and activity preparation, resulting in representation of over 50 CSOs total at both events. Conducted research related to cases and complaints submitted to the IRM, including background research into policy and project documents and risk assessments for complainants. Prepared communications products and graphics for use on the IRM website, external and internal events, as well as the quarterly newsletter.

District Office of Congresswoman Kendra Horn - OK-5. Contributed to constituent services including engaging constituents on calls, responding to concerns in emails and letters, and updating the database to keep the Congresswoman informed of important issues in her district. Wrote legislative correspondence, explaining policy and the Congresswoman’s stances to constituents. Monitored and moderated social media posts and respond to direct messages; compiled daily press clippings of current news and affairs to brief the Congresswoman. Coordinated incoming casework to staff members, monitoring progress and tracking timelines on deliverables.

Recruited, trained, and coordinated volunteers for Senator Ed Markey's reelection, down-ballot, and out-of-state races. Led phone banks, presented training to over 40 volunteers per event, researched outreach opportunities, and utilized relational organizing to build support networks throughout the country.
