Supported practice division chairs with business development activities including planning, managing, budgeting and implementing. Assisted with market research, cross-marketing opportunities, practice profiles, referral building, knowledge management, client relationships, and web presence. As the key inside client coordinator, I worked closely with the clients and Investment Bankers throughout every M&A transaction by facilitating client objectives, constructing offering memorandums and managing the customer communications. I conducted market and industry research exclusive to each client in order to develop a unique plan to market a business. I also assisted with marketing initiatives, advertising activities and general office management.

In the office development role, I identified and implemented programs to strengthen existing client relationships and develop new relationships. I coordinated branch office marketing activities and community service events. I was also responsible for daily office administration and staff management.

Managed all activities involved in running a small office including the management of AR/AP, customer relations, information technology, general HR, and marketing.
