Developed recruitment strategy utilizing various sources to identify top level candidates for entry level, mid-level and upper level professional positions. Analyzed the Company's Affirmative Action Plan (AAP) as it relates to the hire/movement of minorities, women and the disabled. Counseled management on complex union contract issues related to staffing to ensure minimal risk to company by reducing costly arbitration/grievance proceedings. Provided guidance and policy interpretation on Human Resources Staffing policies and procedures. Performed project management duties and responsibilities on HR Staffing issues and projects, i.e., New Employee Orientation.
