I learned how to manage logistics in the supply chain department. Logistics management is one of the core tasks of the supply chain department, which involves the transportation, storage and distribution of goods. In my job, I was responsible for overseeing the transportation process and ensuring that goods were delivered to customers on time. I learned to work with various logistics providers to develop logistics plans and track the status of cargo shipments. Through these tasks, I improved my coordination and communication skills and developed problem-solving abilities. Secondly, purchasing is also one of my important jobs in the supply chain department. As a member of the supply chain department, I was responsible for negotiating with suppliers, signing contracts, and ensuring that the materials and raw materials purchased met quality requirements and delivery deadlines. During the procurement process, I identified some suppliers with inconsistent quality and communicated with the quality department in a timely manner to improve the quality issues in the supply chain. Through these experiences, I learned how to negotiate in a complex environment and improved my ability to manage suppliers.Finally, I have also learned how to manage inventory in my work in the supply chain department. Accurate inventory management is crucial to ensure the smooth operation of the supply chain. I used some logistics software to track inventory levels in a timely manner to avoid inventory shortages and overstocks. I was also responsible for developing inventory management strategies to improve inventory turnover and reduce inventory costs. These experiences have given me a deeper understanding of the importance of inventory management and improved my data analysis and decision-making skills
