* Maintain, grow and manage key accounts. * Grow new business by managing the total sales process and develop growth strategies through existing and new products within existing customers. * Maintain sound customer relations and customers support and provide strategic inputs for future growth. * Manage the administrative processes, the customer database and client list, collation of sales figures, report writing and correspondence to the clients. * Coach, mentor, co-ordinate activities. * Monitor and report sales performance. * Monitor and report competitive activities and opportunities to sales management.
