As an Executive Assistant I perform or supervise work providing for a variety of essential management services. My personal strengths are operations development, project management, property management, and information administration. I am also the onsite IT administrator and a Notary Public. My central purpose is to facilitate the accomplishment of our clients work through providing or coordinating support services and integrating them with the general management.

As an Assistant GM for Marriott I assisted with scheduling property maintenance, managing building projects, evaluating performance of employees, negotiating corporate and group contracts, resolving customer complaints, maintaining records, compiling data for quarterly reports and attending local marketing and networking functions on behalf of the property. I also oversaw accounts payable/receivable and ensured proper collections procedures were followed.

Researched and confirmed insurance benefits, determined the approximate cost-for-service and drafted global benefit explanations, preauthorized in-office surgical procedures, generated/transmitted/followed up on claims, maintained up to date patient records, ensured HIPAA guidelines were followed with respect to protected information.

My position includes all functions relating to office management and administration for our Dallas office. I support various Experts who provide litigation support and analysis relating to Economic Damages, Valuation, M&A, Risk Analysis and Forensic Accounting.
