The NBCC International Travel and Tourism course requires students to participate in a workplace practicum. The location is of your choice depending on your field of interest. This work term lasts 3 weeks, with a requirement of approximately 30 hours per week. Completed tasks such as contacting tour operators by telephone, booking package tours and flights, creating client profiles, issuing insurance and payments, and communicating with clients.

Achieved high customer satisfaction for high-quality food and service and collaborated in teams to ensure the delivery of efficient, high-quality food and service. Communication skills were enhanced through working with others, and the opportunity for coaching and mentoring of new co-workers was encouraged.
