With over a decade at Century Stair Company, I’ve grown from an entry-level administrative role to my current position as Director of Business Operations — a progression that reflects both my deep commitment and my passion for the construction industry. Early in my career, I helped establish and lead our Estimating Department, gaining hands-on experience in managing project costs. At the same time, I served as Purchasing Assistant, supporting the President and ensuring the company maintained a healthy, effective inventory. These dual roles gave me a comprehensive understanding of both the operational and strategic sides of the business and laid the groundwork for my transition into leadership. Construction is in my blood — I was raised in a family deeply rooted in the industry. That foundation has shaped not only my knowledge but also my deep respect for the trade and the people who power it. I thrive on building efficient systems, supporting strong teams, and helping a great company continue to grow.
