* Case-work multiple individuals for job assistance. * Enter participants into triage for non-compliance. * Works with participants to identify and cut out job related barriers to employment. * Works with all available resources to identify candidates who are suitable and potentially eligible for enrollment into Michigan Works! programs. * Evaluates the strengths and weaknesses of candidates through screening and interviews. * Keeps a large number of hiring processes on track simultaneously - including providing guidance, gathering feedback and pushing job processes forward. * Job search and job referrals for participants enrolled in programs. * Interview clients individually, in families, or in groups, assessing their situations, capabilities, and problems to determine what services are required to meet their needs.
