* Created monthly Excel reports for CEO and Board of Directors. * Collection efforts to recover member accounts. * Keyed daily ACH report when needed and assisted with daily checking report when requested. * Assisted members and employees with any debit/credit card requests or transactions, including * approving credit card increases. Handled ACH and debit/credit card disputes. Balanced GL’s. * Accepted wire requests, sent them online, and posted the wire transactions. * Cross sell all credit union products and network. * Accounts Payable 2008 – 2010 (added responsibility to my ODP Coordinator position)

* Assist members with opening accounts, CD’s, gift cards, money orders, and daily transactions. * Balance gift card inventory and order gift card supply. * Balance teller drawer, Travelers Checks, coin vault, CDM, and coin GL. * Review and approve checking accounts, Quick Cash loans, Visa, and debit cards. * Scan File Maintenance slips and receipts.

* Traveled to numerous credit unions within Michigan to coordinate and process the Collateral Protection Insurance program. * Implemented the CPI program at many credit unions. * Trained credit union staff and management on the CPI program. * Traveled to credit unions around Michigan selling the CUNA Collateral Protection package and * services.

* Debit/credit card approvals. * Order debit/credit cards. * Loan overdraft approvals. * Opened new accounts and Certificates of Deposit. * Keyed bonds in the Fed System.

* Process Loans. * Meet with members to sign loan documents and go over paperwork. * Call dealerships for RD108’s and other information to assist with the loan. * Double check loans. * Get insurance information when needed. * Disburse loan checks and balance GL’s.

* Assist members with transactions in person and over the phone. * Certificates of Deposits. * Open new accounts.
