* Schedule appointment for design consultation and discuss client preferences, purpose, function, and budget * Take measurements of room * Develop proposed space solution for client through means of floor plans, elevations, 3D rendering * Advice client on interior design factors such as space planning, layout, utilization of furnishings, and color coordination. * Select furniture, rugs, window treatments, lighting and accessories for client * Estimate material requirements, costs and present design to client for approval

* Create and design enticing furniture displays to encourage sales * Stock displays with new merchandise * Assist customers on the sales floor * Handle cashiering duties and up-sell or assist with increased sales when possible
