Today, as Senior Operations Manager, the focus is on end-to-end ownership of inbound and outbound operations, driving YoY throughput gains, enhancing storage and flow design, and delivering top-tier productivity and accuracy while handling high-volume, multi-SKU environments. This includes mentoring and building diverse leadership benches, driving sustainability and cost optimization programs, and designing mechanisms that improve seller and customer experience at scale.
