Mechanical Engineer-in-Training supporting the design and development of pilot plants, test systems, and custom equipment at Ayrton Energy. My work includes mechanical design, piping and fluid systems, hydraulics, commissioning support, and troubleshooting across multidisciplinary projects. I contribute to turning new concepts into practical hardware by working closely with process, controls, chemistry, and vendor teams.

My work included 3D CAD, structural analysis, design iteration, and coordination with manufacturing to improve legacy components and support practical, production-ready designs. I contributed to lighter and more efficient designs through hands-on modeling, analysis, and problem solving.

Worked in a plant maintenance environment supporting equipment reliability, maintenance documentation, and preventive maintenance efforts. My work included failure trending, inspection and testing support for pipes and valves, and coordination with technicians to improve maintenance processes. I contributed to better equipment visibility and day-to-day maintenance support through documentation, analysis, and practical plant coordination.
