1. Take ownership of overall fly ash utilization strategy, ensuring higher lifting and reduced pond/yard dependency. 2. Lead team coordination for ash dispatch operations, vendor handling, and day-to-day monitoring. 3. Develop and maintain relationships with key bulk consumers (cement plants, RMC, AAC units) to ensure long-term lifting commitments. 4. Conduct review meetings with transporters and ash-lifting agencies to improve turnaround time and operational discipline. 5. Work on expanding ash utilization by identifying new markets and districts, including brick clusters and industrial zones. 8. Ensure compliance with environmental statutory reporting, documentation accuracy, and audit readiness. 9. Suggest and implement improvements in dispatch planning, consumer mapping, and operational efficiency.

1. Manage fly ash utilization and disposal operations of 1200 MW TPP (2*600 MW) in compliance with applicable environmental norms and statutory guidelines. 2. Coordinate with multiple end-user industries including fly ash brick units, cement plants, RMC units, AAC block units, asbestos industries, and other ash-based product manufacturers. 3. Ensure smooth day-to-day ash lifting, dispatch planning, and supply scheduling as per demand and plant generation. 4. Handle stakeholder coordination with transporters, vendors, bulk consumers, and local agencies for uninterrupted ash movement. 5. Conduct regular follow-ups with ash-based industries to increase ash off-take and improve utilization percentage. 6. Monitor logistics operations, vehicle movement, gate clearance, loading process, and dispatch documentation. 7. Maintain and verifiy records of daily ash generation, utilization, dispatch quantity, and consumer-wise supply. 8. Support preparation of reports and data for internal review, audits, and regulatory submissions related to ash utilization. 9. Work on improving consumer network development, including identifying new brick units and industrial buyers. 10. Ensure adherence to safety, discipline, and operational guidelines during ash loading and dispatch operations. 11. Assist in resolving issues related to transport delays, consumer complaints, supply interruptions, and coordination challenges. 12. Collaborat with plant departments and external stakeholders to support 100% fly ash utilization goals and sustainable operations.
