Aman Garg

Currently, I am working as a Senior Research Analyst at TSC. My responsibilities include scope management, stakeholder management, quality control (QC), and research, depending on the requirements. I achieve results by managing a team of analysts and translating requirements for them. Primarily, I work on large-scale screening for Private Equity/Venture Capital (PE/VC) and banking clients using databases (PitchBook, Tracxn, etc.) and data tools (Excel, Power BI, SQL, etc.). I was recently awarded High Honours for increasing process efficiency and work quality, demonstrating ownership and growth while handling multiple roles and serving as a key liaison between the project team and clients. These accomplishments have been recognised not only at TSC but also in my previous company. Before joining TSC, I worked as a Project Coordinator at Exalogic. My responsibilities included overseeing the creation, maintenance, and completion of new products, as well as enhancing existing offerings. I led a team of developers, managed project documentation, and ensured alignment with the defined scope. I was promoted shortly after completing my first month at Exalogic due to my high aptitude for learning and growth. I completed an MBA in Operations Management at Alliance University, where I served as Editor-in-Chief of the Operations Club newsletter and volunteered with CAN and ASCON. During my internship at HEC, I assisted the senior project manager with risk assessments, scheduled activities, and managed communication with PPC and R&D. I earned my Engineering degree in Computer Science from Amity University, Noida. There, I was the Communications Head of the DBMS Club and volunteered for AYF and conferences in 2016 and 2018. My internship at EraSmith Noida involved creating a proof of concept for an upcoming DevOps project and leading a team of interns. At the end of my internship, I handed over the project to a dedicated team of developers, and it became a portfolio offering for EraSmith. Additionally, I have freelanced for BIT Mesra, where I was responsible for back-end development, coordinating between multiple teams, leading a team of three, and integrating various programme modules. I am known for my reliability; friends often confide in me because I am a good listener, observant, and highly organised. These qualities make me well-suited for roles involving planning, scheduling, risk management, and communication. I am also preparing for my CAPM and PMP exams.
