As a Human Resources Intern, I support various aspects of the HR function, contributing to both administrative and strategic initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness. My responsibilities include: Assisting with full-cycle recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, and candidate communications. Coordinating new hire onboarding and orientation. Managing and updating employee records and HR databases with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality. Assisting in the coordination of training sessions and compliance documentation. Participating in employee engagement projects aimed at improving company culture and retention. Conducting research and data analysis to support policy updates, talent acquisition strategies, and HR process improvements. This internship has strengthened my understanding of HR best practices, employment law compliance, and workplace culture development while allowing me to contribute meaningfully to the organization’s people-focused goals.

Researched and analyzed data trends to support team performance and engagement strategies. Created performance presentations for management, enhancing team insights and decision-making.
