Alyse Bacine is a Breathwork Practitioner with 22 years of experience, Spiritual Mentor, channel, and the CEO of Alyse Breathes LLC. She has her Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology and certifications in both Social Emotional Learning and Mindfulness Practices, as well as an extensive background in the mental health field where she served as a school counselor for 10+ years and received a grant to implement a meditation program at her school. Knowing that she always wanted to expand her mission of healing familial and ancestral trauma, and normalizing meditation, and breathwork practices, she opened her own business and quickly became a six-figure mentor. School Counselor for Middle School Students Created social emotional wellness advisory program for entire middle school. Trained staff in how to implement specialized and targeted social emotional wellness practices in their classrooms. Created a meditation program for the middle school. Collected data and studied the results which were conclusive to have a major impact on student behavior, learning outcomes and well-being. Received a grant to expand my program into the high school and beyond. Taught meditation and mindfulness practices to all staff members. Trained middle school staff in trauma informed education practices.

Created yearly trainings for all staff in social emotional learning practices. Created and implemented quarterly trainings for all staff in relationship building and team building. Trained all staff in how to implement mindfulness practices in their classrooms Created and implemented trauma informed care curriculum and trainings for all staff. Created and implemented trauma informed care education trainings for all counselors and psychologists in the district.

Created and implemented a mindfulness curriculum for the entire school (k-8) Taught meditation and mindfulness practices to the middle school Taught mindfulness and emotional regulation practices to elementary students. Created this program on my own and received astounding results in student behavior and well-being. Was asked to replicate this curriculum and teach it to other counselors in other schools.
