Coordination with stake holders (Medical clinics, Vendors, Authorities, Australian High Commission).

An experiential-based tour management company operating all over Pakistan and specializing in wellness retreats and unique adventure activities.

Developed an operational system for KGC’s construction projects under the banner of Brick Constructions Pvt Ltd. Managed a high-performing construction team for the teardown and restoration of Hotel Shiza (Multan). Designed and launched a targeted BTL campaign that captured multiple construction and renovation projects, driving significant revenue growth in just four months. Led logistics planning and transportation management for material procurement and site deliveries. Implemented inventory control measures to optimize supply chain efficiency.

Created a line of indigenous skin and hair care products utilizing organic and natural fruits from Hunza. Established a small-scale packaging center to brand and distribute the products, and led a comprehensive social media promotion strategy.

Developed investor relationships for Jhelum City’s first high-rise multipurpose building (City Center Jhelum, CCJ). Oversee market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies. Shortlisted project vendors for marketing and design work, and formalized MOUs with 13 leading brands to establish their presence at CCJ before the project's groundbreaking. Presented the company’s start-up (Explorer Bees) at Ignite’s Pitch Contest and won a slot to showcase the startup at Gitex 2023 (Dubai).

Launched the first café specializing in continental cuisine, engineered a streamlined meat supply chain through a local transport system, and led an innovative marketing and promotional campaign to drive brand success.

Evaluated and ensured the quality of over 150 short vocational training videos, coordinated feedback between clients and creative teams, and designed a portal to showcase the developed content.

Drafted official communications for the JV/Commercial Department and supported JV functions, including operator and technical committee meetings. Liaised with the technical and production teams to develop reservoir feasibility reports, researched industry trends, and produced monthly progress reports for the company’s seven active production sites. Managed logistics for field operations, ensuring safe and timely transportation of personnel and materials.
