•Reported directly to general manager while leading , supervising and working collaboratively with a team of 50 experts overlooking the HR, Administration and Procurement departments. •Planned and executed the restructuring plan strategy of HR and Procurement departments in the firm supported by technology systems. including workforce mobility, contingent workforce, and people and programs’ support. •Led the management committee whose task was to acquire the ISO certification after more than 40 years of the firm’s existence. •Planned, executed and led the growth strategy of the firm’s employees by 219% between 2013 and 2016. •Ensured on retaining the firm’s talents by leveraging their skills through training, coaching and career counseling •Planned and executed new firm policies that govern the hiring/firing, recruitment, including recruitment, on-boarding, talent identification, mobility, succession planning, performance evaluation, salary/bonus schemes, in addition to optimizing operational costs and overhead expenses. •Responsible for the day-to-day needs of more than 1000 employees (This number exceeds 3000 on the payroll during yearly Hajj Season).

•Led and managed the talent acquisition to create a new department within the firm. •Provided consultation for the startup and management of a full spectrum of HR operations, systems and programs. •Contributed with senior management in the creation and implementation of the firm’s HR policies and procedures, recruitment services and on-boarding, workforce mobility, contingent workforce, creation of group benefits databases, and development of orientation, training and incentive programs. •Managed the full HR operations and administration •Responsible for handling and implementing the performance of the entire work force, in terms of attendance, leaves, overtime, production, promotion schemes and performance evaluation.
