Responsible for creating work orders from service requests, assigning work orders to distribution engineers, pre-approving work orders, monitoring customer complaints, requests and applications, as well as managing the Line Services. processes and personnel to ensure quality service.

Responsible for the supervision and coordination of billing-related activities and procedures to ensure the prompt and accurate billing of customer accounts, and to resolve billing issues to the customer’s satisfaction.

The position supervises the monitoring and collection of past due/delinquent accounts. The position is also responsible for the service disconnection of unpaid accounts and the collection of inactive accounts.
