• Developed and maintained domestic and international customers, including electronics distributors and equipment manufacturers in the U.S., Germany, New Zealand, Australia, and Taiwan. • Managed the entire process, from new project development, quotation, sample approval, order processing, lead-time follow-up, to shipping. • Organized domestic and international exhibitions, promoting the company’s products on the frontline. • Acted as a Project Manager, coordinating with suppliers and R&D to meet custom design requirements.

• Began as a part-time staff at the first bar in Taipei and was promoted to a management trainee due to outstanding performance. • After graduating from college, participated in the preparation of the new Taichung branch, working with the team to establish the new bar from scratch. • Responsible for training new employees in beer knowledge, customer service procedures, and brand values. • Hosted over 10 beer-tasting events with more than 300 participants.
