My duties include but not limited as below: 1.Store Strategy Development and Implementation. 2.Monitor and develop strategy to ensure competitive advantage. 3.Oversee negotiations with suppliers for internal promotions to enforce the image of discount of the store. 4.Oversee commercial policy agreed for the store pricing. 5.Ensure the proper conservation, utilization and profitability of the department’s assets. 6.Oversee the products assortment in the store. 7.Develop the price image and freshness image. 8.Ensure proper stock management (stock value, control out of stock, orders and merchandise deliveries). 9.Oversee the scheduling for ordering items and the organization of the warehouse. 10.Oversee the implementation of the security and hygiene procedures for assets and employees in the section. 11.Ensure all sections are enhancing customer service requirements and promoting sales.
