Led and developed a 2 year and 5 year plan of recommended capital improvement projects for Louisiana and New Orleans Responsible for distribution technical support (i.e. power quality, coordination and system modeling)

* Responsible for Distribution Reliability/Infrastructure inspection and maintenance programs * Rank, fund, and prioritize capital improvement projects annually * Develop strategic plan to ensure highest reliability and customer satisfaction metric

* Perform root cause analysis of power outages: includes recommending corrective action and providing the necessary cost information * Develop and provide training to reliability servicemen * Coordinate infrastructure programs, such as, capacitor, regulator, infrared, and recloser maintenance (Led Statewide Pole inspection program 2006)

Perform load flow, contingency analysis and coordination studies on the distribution system to determine system deficiencies Review, coordinate, and update the distribution plans on an annual basis for a two-year budget cycle and five-year long term plan
