I am the COO and A&R Director for I Can Do All Things, the community outreach arm of AEC Management Consultants. I am responsible for overseeing the discovery, development, and management of new talent in the entertainment industry. I look to locate individuals, especially youth, who are willing to work and dedicate themselves to improving not only musically but personally, professionally, and spiritually. We at I Can Do All Things strive to provide an opportunity to members of the community, especially the under-served community, to enhance their overall life. We provide vocal training, stage performance training, image consulting, as well as a myriad of other services to ensure success to all artists under our management.
