A Consortium developed a government contract to build parks in a susceptible zone of the Colombia Caribbean, Green Park Consortium build a 2100 m2 park (22,600 Ft2), I was part of the executive team and performed the principal Constructions phase of the project managing, budget, resources and, schedules.
