• Coordinates meetings between the Contractor and the concerned departments/organizations. • Work with the concerned department/organization in planning, coordinating, and executing. • Provides assistance to the Project Controls Cost Engineer by reviewing Contractors' invoices. • Maintains regular contact with the contractor and the construction team. • Construction monitoring and compliance of contractors, ensuring works are carried out as per the drawings. • Assures that all permits and licenses required for the specific work at the site are in place before the work begins. • Providing guidance and technical advice to contractors and monitoring their performance • Coordinates all jobsite contractual activities with other functional departments. • Management of project resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to ensure efficient utilization and cost-effectiveness. To meet project milestones, and also monitor project progress and adjust resource allocation accordingly. • Supervise construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and safety protocols. Monitor progress, identify issues, and resolve delays through regular daily visits, inspections, and audits. • Prepare operational and operational plans for the project and work to implement them with high quality.

• Assisting and monitoring Construction Engineers, contractors, and suppliers • Monitoring the progress of the project and identifying potential problems. • Making the necessary corrections when necessary. • Supporting the smooth execution of the project by assisting with the day-to-day operations. • Keeping track of the progress of the project and reporting to stakeholders in order to ensure that all project objectives are met. • Monitor the performance of contractors and provide guidance and technical advice
