• Analyze market intelligence data, build market assumptions, suggest solutions and communicate them with management. • Assist with the development and implementation of public relations and government affairs strategy as it pertains to the market access environment. • Build relevant, solid value arguments with supporting health economic and budget impact analysis (BIA) models. • Map and prirortize Region accounts to Identify key opinion leaders (KOLs) and their organizational relationships in key stakeholder groups (payer, patient and physician). • Assist with the development and implementation of public relations and government affairs strategy as it pertains to the market access environment.

• Direct and coordinate activities of personnel engaged in negotiating, buying, and distributing materials, equipment, machinery, and supplies. • Review, update and maintain purchasing policies and procedures, developing methods to achieve industry best practices • Select foreign and domestic vendors for materials, equipment and supplies, evaluate them in terms of reliability, services and business ethics in order to update and maintain accurate suppliers list. • Manage procurement processes, along with negotiating purchasing contracts with the suppliers and end user to ensure the availability of required items with best offers. • Review and approve purchase orders, and deliveries to ensure their compliance with organization policies and procedures. • Assist in developing Supply chain strategic plan, in order to be stream lined with Hospital future plans and expansions. • Identify the best purchasing scenarios among available purchasing channels, to minimize the cost of the hospital spent on supplies and equipment, without affecting the quality of care. • Review, analyze and manage department and employees KPIs. • Effective proactive liaison with other departments to forecast, plan to fulfill supply demand according to market status, along with analyze market and delivery systems in order to assess present and future material availability within the approved budget.

Oversee department performance, negotiate prices and deals; Ensure deals closed on timely manner and fulfill customers requirements. Investigate problems, apply solutions and measure the results. Co-ordinate work among sections according to resources.
